passed CSHB 12(L&C) with the following amendment, and it is                                                                     
transmitted for consideration:                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 12(L&C)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to mortgage lending, mortgage loan originators,
